Sometimes in beekeeping, this kit is used separately from the Genethera honeycomb system. You can attach the bottoms to a strip with 8 mm holes or using melted wax.
Jenter's bowls and bottoms can also be used separately from the system. For inoculation, transfer of one-day-old larvae with a spatula is used. With this method, a sufficient amount of royal jelly in the cell is not guaranteed for the full development of the larva. Therefore, after the development of the mother liquor, they need to be discarded, leaving only beautiful mother liquors for further development.
The bowl in the Gentleman's honeycomb is the most exposed to the treatment of bees. It is always completed with a wax mother liquor, and cleaning is sometimes quite difficult. For cleaning, you need to use hot water with a wax melting point of 65 ° C, but this must be done with extreme caution and watch out for possible deformation of the bowl. After cleaning from the wax, the bowl should have a perfectly flat and round neck. At the slightest deformation, the bowl must be replaced with a new one.
