Wax melter machine (VG-3 model) with a drip steam generator is designed for fast and reliable waxing refinery of beeswax without cutting the honeycomb.
The wax melter machine is simple and easy to handle and work. When following the rules, it will ensure its reliable operation for many years.

During the loading, unloading, and servicing of the wax melter machine, the power supply must be turned off.
Preparation and order of work:
Before rendering the wax out of the framework, it is necessary to prepare the wax melter machine for continuous operation (40-60 min.).
First of all, you need to prepare a water tank (1.5 - 2 l plastic bottle with an opening for filling water at the bottom of the bottle). Install a dropper without filter (included in the kit), insert a needle into the cap of the bottle and adjust the water flow (40-70 drops per minute).
Insert the other end of the dropper into the pipe for water supply.
Turn on the steam generator to a 220V outlet. (If you have a 110V outlet, use an adaptor).
Make sure the steam comes out through the steam outlet tube and then install the container with bee frames on the wax collector, securing it with latches.
Place the lid on the container and secure with latches.
After some time, a liquid wax will flow through the wax drain tube.
Collect wax in the form or any other container.
At the end of the wax melting process, when the wax will stop flowing through the tube, you can turn off the wax melter machine.

Parsing and maintenance:
- remove the cover
- remove the container
- remove and clean the grid
- clean the pallet chute
The mesh filter is recommended to be cleaned with the help of hot steam produced by the steam generator.
