Beginning of work
Before operating the device, the smoke cannon should be equipped with a gas spray.
This work should be conducted outdoors.
To do this, unscrew the ring of pressure of the gas can.
Turn the gas supply knob clockwise.
With the convex side, insert the gas cartridge into the bottom of the gas burner housing.
Rotating the pressure ring of the gas canister by threaded connection, we send the gas cartridge before punching with a needle located in the burner body.
A good device does not allow gas leakage.
The current replacement of the gas cartridge is carried out only after the full use of gas.
Gas cartridges are disposable, can not be refilled and are sold in the trade network of building materials.

How to work with the device:
Preparation of working solution No. 1
At 100g.
Ethyl 96% alcohol add 15gr.
oxalic acid.

Stir until completely dissolved.
The working solution of the noted composition evaporates well without the formation of oxalic acid crystals in the system.
This amount of solution is calculated for processing by 25 bee families.
It retains its properties for 2-3 weeks.
Preparation of working solution No. 2
Take 5 ml.
Bipin or Tactics add to 100 ml.
purified kerosene.
In this case, a homogeneous solution of white hue should be formed, without sediment.
This amount of working solution is calculated for processing 50 bee families.
The working solution retains its properties for several months.
Preparation of working solution No. 3
To 100 gr.
water, add 5 ml.

Such a working solution must be prepared immediately before use.
For processing 50 bee families.
Residues of the working solution should not be stored in the working system of the device, and in case of repeated use it is recommended to filter it.
Use of the solution
After opening the lid, fill the received working fluid in the tank.
We open the gas supply tap by turning the crane handle counterclockwise.
We light the gas burner, pressing the trigger of the piezoelectric element.
We adjust the desired (optimal) mode of gas supply.
The flame of the burner must not protrude above the external protective circuit of the collector.
After 1-2 minutes, the handle of the drive of the pump for feeding the working fluid is pumped into the system with the working liquid until the appearance of persistent smoke clouds from the nozzle of the injector.
At the same time, the drive handle should be pulled out as far as it will go.
The liquid is supplied when the handle is released.
The drive knob is adjusted to supply 1 cm3 of hydraulic fluid.
With the formation of the first smoke club, it is possible to leave a drop of a working solution from the nozzle.
We inject the nozzle 1-2 cm into the bottom tray and feed one club of smoke to the nest of the family when using amitraz, 3-5 smoke clubs when using thymol or oxalic acid as the active substance.
It is recommended not to use thymol if there is a young barren uterus in the nest, and also at air temperatures above +30 C. After finishing the treatment, close the gas supply tap.
In summer, amitraz treatment can be carried out only after the last pumping of honey, or 45 days before the first pumping of honey, perga selection or 7 days before collection of the update.
Beekeeping is carried out in a hive, preferably in the evening, when flying bees return from the field, or throughout the day in non-flying weather.
In calm, calm weather, it is not necessary to close the tapholes during treatment, and in windy weather it is advisable to close the tapes for 15-20 minutes.
